Our Onboarding Process

Curious on how to work with us? Fill in the inquiry form on our website, send us an email or reach out via social media with details about your business and your request, and we’ll get back to you in a few days to schedule a discovery call. Here’s how our process goes:

  • Let’s get on a brief call and go through a complimentary assessment of your digital presence and learn more about your goals, needs and desire for growth. We’ll figure out if we are a good fit, and if there’s something missing, then we’ll be sure to connect you with the right players and/or tools.

    You can expect a custom project proposal tailored to your brands and goals at the end of this stage.

  • Once you accept our proposal, we will schedule exploratory workshops with you and your teams which will enable our team to get to know your business better and understand the target state of what you would like to achieve.

    Our team will bring the best of our expertise, industry benchmarks and market trends to infuse creativity and imagination throughout this stage.

  • Post-discovery and mutual acceptance of the project’s revisited scope (if at all) and direction, our team will take less than 3-4 weeks to create a first take or beta version of the deliverable. We will actively collaborate with you on revisions (up to 3 iterations on major design decisions), until we achieve the desired state.

  • It’s time to go live!

    We will lead/support your launch, monitor and improve your deliverables, and/or transfer all assets and processes to your team, as decided upon based on the terms of our agreement.
